These are wonderfully stretchy
4X: 50" Relaxed, and extends over 75" to fit waist of 54-56", with a 30+" inseam
6X: 56" Relaxed, and extends over 84" to fit waist of 62-64" with a 30.5+" inseam
Please note - these are a base layer...they should fit a little tighter than your pants.
Stride on 4XL is about 32". 6X is at 35"
