INTERNATIONAL ORDERING

Placing a Successful International Order:

MINIMUMS - Please note: BigCamo.com does not collect or maintain taxes or accounts associated with International orders. Proposed orders MUST contain at least 151 Euros in product value for ANY EU country, and $150US for any other foreign order due to increased processing effort and fixed costs. We reserve the right to (and will) refuse small orders.

1. DO NOT PAY when you order online.
   We will treat your order as a REQUEST for a SHIPPING QUOTE. The website CANNOT do this automatically.
   DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL as you order - There is NO OBLIGATION to get quote from us.
2. TO GET A QUOTE, follow the steps below:
3. Once cart contains your items, input your Postal Code for the SHIPPING Address in the space provided.
4. Select your Shipping Method as "NON U.S. ADDRESSES". The $250 Shipping Amount shown as you check out online IS NOT YOUR QUOTE. We will email you A CUSTOMIZED SHIPPING QUOTE at a later time. DO NOT write, call or complain about this amount - IT IS NOT your quote.
5. Select Your Payment Method as "INTERNATIONAL Credit Card" and then click “CHECKOUT”
6. Enter your Billing/Shipping Address as closely as possible (No PO Boxes--we need a physical delivery address), and SUBMIT the order
7. You will now see a "THANK YOU" screen with an order number. We will email a customized quote for Shipping/Brokerage cost (and any other questions we have) usually within 1 business day, after we have a chance to pack/weigh the items, and measure their shipping container. • Shipping is via UPS Global Expedited. Based on poor experience, we do not use other methods**
• Quote includes SHIPPING/BROKERAGE ONLY, (taxes/duties NOT INCLUDED)
• Quote DOES NOT include VAT/Border Duties
• VAT/Taxes will be collected by UPS, FROM YOU, prior to delivery
• We do not estimate, prepay or collect taxes that will be due on your items. Once we bill you for shipping and your items, that is the last you will remit to us. You WILL OWE additional taxes due once the package arrives in country
• WE RECOMMEND AGAINST SMALL ORDERS (ie 1 or 2 items), AS THE FIXED COSTS ARE ALWAYS TOO HIGH. The best alternative is for us to ship to a friend/relative of yours here in the States who can forward to you. SERIOUSLY - We cannot stress this enough.
• We CANNOT offer day-specific delivery or guaranteed arrival time on International Shipments.
• We charge for Shipping/Handling Charges Only, FOB Birmingham, AL, USA.
• Duty, VAT etc are the recipient's responsibility alone. We do not estimate or prepay your liability.
• Orders not finalized to Ship (e.g No payment received) within 3 business days of submission will be cancelled and must be re-submitted

*Most packages cost between $65 and $140, based on Weight/Brokerage (see hints below). The $250 fee for Shipping on the Cart is a FAKE NUMBER and IS NOT your quoted ship cost. We calculate your ship cost manually, after your order is placed online. A day or so later, we will email you a quote for approval. "We collect payment ONLY AFTER your approval.". Usually, we send a bill through PayPal, as that is our preferred method of payment for International Orders. Thank you for reviewing this process.

**We ship exclusively through UPS Shipping. In the past, we experienced poor results with other systems and carriers. We place a high value on timely, undamaged, trackable delivery, and have negotiated the best value available to all of us to obtain it. Please do not ask us to modify our invoicing or utilize other carriers. We understand that our carrier may not be your favored carrier.

TAXATION: In our opinion, border charges are frequently excessive. If you are as upset as we are by taxation at the border, please take it up with your government, as they &@% well deserve it. We take no part in estimating, assessing or collecting international tax.
