We operate normal business hours of 8-5, M-F. Since we are a small outfit, we spend most of our time packing and shipping from our several warehouses. We do not have dedicated phone staff, and rely heavily on the website to inform, communicate and accept orders.

For the QUICKEST answers to any questions you may have, please email us at We read and respond to email at a much faster rate than we can catch phone calls, since we are a small company. We apologize in advance if we cannot catch every phone call when it's busy.

  • Question: "I have a Priority Order - how can I make it happen as fast as possible?"
    Answer: Online orders take precedence, and Next Day and 2nd Day Air Packages receive the highest priority. BUT - we generally ship every order placed prior to 2:30pm CST that same day. We ship UPS, Mon-Fri.
  • Question: "I need International Ordering and Shipping - what do I do?
    Once your order and address are here, we can make a careful estimate of Shipping costs. We will get your card info at the time you approve the Shipping
  • Question: Can I get a catalog mailed out?
    Answer: No paper catalogs, but we try to keep the website up-to-date on a daily basis to reflect accurate stocks
  • Question: Why don't you have cotton T-Shirts?
    Answer: Good question. The t-shirt fabric we need for our sizes is rare (ie open-width, not tubular knit) and pricey. We don't think the end product ought to cost that much, and as a small place our money's better spent on other items. We do the best we can on tee options.
  • Question: What's up with all the "Out of Stock" Items?
    Answer:Rather than being able to pick up the phone and order more stuff, most of our products get made in limited productions, or are only available once or twice a year. In recent years, we saw the worst supply-related issues we have ever seen, affecting everything from waders to tees. Hopefully it will get better, but as we are not a large company, our orders don't always rate first priority with our suppliers who are working hard against tough conditions, too. SORRY for any out-of-stocks - we'll keep fighting! THANKS
