Mesh ventilated back, full zippered front, with D-ring strap adjusters on both sides to cinch up for a custom fit. No buttons -- just snaps, zippers or velcro closures on all the pockets. Best of all, the 6XL measures 74" through the chest, making it the biggest vest we have seen. The 5XL is almost 34" long down the back.
